But if you look closer, you can see a lot of people posting their recipes online (or YT).It's kind neat and you kinda learn a bit about countries and their relations to each other (balkans are basically the same country). Personally I prefer mediterranean cuisine.
And anyone can make basic stuff like japanese curry, it's easy.
Those kind of meals are also very fast to make, I think that is important too.
I have premade sauces too in case I'm too tired/hungry to make a sauce. Or instant noodles/soups
