I would say Gura's singing is good but not amazing. She has quite solid pitch control within in her range, but she doesn't have a very large range, and she doesn't have a whole lot of power behind her voice. Because of this, her voice isn't as versatile, as for instance, Nerissa, who has more control over her vibrato and power. Example would be checking out a vod of Gura singing "Creep" by Radiohead in the Karaoke. She nails the pitches and the soft parts, but once she gets to the "Run" belt part, she sounds almost held back. However, she has good control and can determine when and where to place to vibrato. Contrast this to something like Nerissa saying poi-jan in her God-ish cover. There is a lot more power behind Nerissa's execution-- she has skills around belting. Nerissa also has also demonstrated she has skills in classical styles too if needed (a higher soft palate position, lower larynx, a different vowel pronunciation).
Gura is well-suited then for more electronic style songs, for instance if she did an EDM piece. Her voice (or at least her current technique knowledge) isn't really built well for something like rock/metal.
If I had to compare Gura's singing to Kiara, Gura beats Kiara's. Kiara has improved over the years which is awesome, but she struggles with pitch a lot more, and she doesn't really have the technique in other aspects either. It's evident in her karaoke and also the processing done on her voice in her releases. I don't think Kiara is a bad singer, and it's clear she feels passionate about it - she just isn't quite amazing at this point.
