A vast, vast majority of people with back problems as a result of regularly sitting down for long periods of time would not have said problems if they just did a very basic stretch routine for ~15 minutes per day.
I'm in my 30s. I started experiencing more and more severe lower back pain because I spend a lot of time at my computer. I looked into it, found some stretch routines and started doing them every day and the pain is completely gone. My back feels better than it did when I was a teen.
