Eilene (who created Natsumi Moe) wants the channel back since Moe no longer is using it. Moe herself may or may not be doing things in a bigger and better company these days. Moe also knew that one day Eilene would try and take the channel back, as she never actually had full ownership of the account and was one reason why she made a new channel called Raven Manor which was in use before she retired.
