At most Kiara is witty, strong-willed and socially competent. In business that helps quite a lot. However, she is not smart when it comes to cognitive abilities. High EQ, maybe slightly above average IQ.
However, I have to say I appreciate how she is willing to learn new things. She is a mess at tech/problem solving and complained as all the normies do. But I was surprised that she accepted that it is her fault and not tech being too complicated and at least could follow a guide to resolve her issue.
I would still consider her the least smart EN member as her knowledge is very limited. She would've had the potential of being smart.
