As to who could possibly be this "Mary", my first thought was Mary Saionji from 774 Inc., then Maria Marionette from Nijisanji EN - but she was neither. The hair color was somewhat between the two, and the hairstyle was actually kind of similar to Astarion, now that I think about it, as it is rather "fluffy" and short. Still, she wasn't a vampire, "buff" or a female Astarion either. At no point was her face shown in the dream.
Then it occurred to me this Mary could have been a kouhai from the future.
