At first, I was sad when she went on indefinite hiatus. But now that it's been over a year, I kinda hope that she doesn't return. She's cemented herself as god of the VTuber world that entered an eternal slumber. I dunno if you can gain a higher status than someone who both built the foundation of this industry and ascended to became a god.

They don't have to be, but it works a lot better for getting dedicated fans that will keep caring and talking when there's nothing new to talk about. A channel of irregular succinct videos just begs to be binged, forgotten, and left to be found again, rather than staying in the viewer's mind continually.
