Since they are also well fed they don't have anything to complain about, the way hololive works is also set up to help people that want to do something new and take risks. bottom line is that if a hologirl gets something i.e any of the collabs pekora did this year, suiseis music they likely deserve it and it is earned on merit.
Now this system goes completely out of the window when we talk about the homos, we already know jp homos barely make enough to live normally sponserships are whatever but getting concerts, record time 3d debuts and collabs is something hologirls don't get easily.
The girls probably wouldn't mind since it's not that big of a deal, atleast in the case of jp homos but cover has truely went far and beyond for tempus, them getting more shit then holoen is actually insane.
It also wouldn't escape notice of the jp girl's, cover is already begging them to give homos bone.
Hololive cultural as a whole is still mainly centered around the "no men" rule out of the top 10 girls only 2 can be considered "homo friendly" but not really because these girls are ambitious and will take the other holos side of push comes to shove.
