Regloss might be the first post-2020 gen with sub 30k 3D debuts. Literally all of hololive and holostars will stream over them.

Good riddance. It was a retarded rule to begin with because they were specifically doing it to try to benefit the homos as the rule first came into being just before UPROAR's 3D debuts. It didn't work because, as usual, no one gave a fuck about them.
I'm surprised it took them this long to realize what a fucking terrible rule it was and that it's pretty much unsustainable across branches.

-A tiny handful of hololive girls (the tryhard JP ones and autistic ID ones) will overlap another girl's debut across branches, but the vast majority will avoid it out of a basic level of respect
-Literally every holostar in all branches can stream simultaneously during a girl's debut and it wouldn't impact it in the slightest

It less about the homos streaming over the girls' big event streams but more so the other girls from other branches overlapping. Take Fuwamoco for example. They have a sizable japanese audience but come 3D debuts, the JP girls could just stream over them like it was another Tuesday.
