Vesper signed an NDA so we are never getting the whole story but he waited until after the 2.0 redesign. His final stream was him watching a Korean movie about fighting an oppresive system and I don't think that was a coincidence especially with that membership post from Magni about him always repaying a debt. They waited until after getting their new models to get into a fight with management and they were both friends with Kronii. She doesn't want to be stuck with a stripper outfit for her entire vtuber career and has almost certainly been trying to get a redesign. My guess is that management was already in a foul mood because HoloEN was pushing for that so when even Tempus members got involved they became furious. They didn't bother with "health" breaks and instead they fired them. That is why Armis was rushed out and the lack of hype was because they weren't supposed to debut in 2023.

Trying to tone himself down and try and grow into this new personality was fun. He had so many chances to excel and force himself into projects that would provide some personal growth.
