And, well... if it goes wrong, you'll just return home after a little while and it'll be a good experience for you, both personally and professionally.
While there's many instances of awful Japanese work environment, it still depends on your company and the people you're working with, just like any other company in the world really.
Plenty of gaijins doing perfectly well over there too.
Ultimately what I mean to say is: Don't make the mistake to believe that Japan is a perfect and wonderful place just like in our favorite chinese cartoons, because it's not. It has its issues just like anywhere else, but don't ignore opportunities either or you'll end up regretting it later.
