twitch is very anal about the word simp since some thots complained to twitch that whenever that word is spammed, it loses them money/viewership. so variants of simp, thot etc get banned.
this rule is not used much on male streamers chats much but the jannies on the thots moderation team will hand out bans.
now the drama seeking faggot has a chat full of zoomers on par with pewdewpie who spam SIMP whenever women get involved for anything. this guy has been baiting vtubers recently for whatever reason, veibae who is apparently an arbiter of perfect moral character hates men like this because feminism.
so the guy says hi to veibae or someone in the chat talking about him. either way the second he commented on her chat, he became liable for his audience spamming simp in his chat hence the
