surprised she didn't have any standard grated parmesan (aka cheese salt) or something else. I don't mind american cheese but leave it just on the burger.
the burger was a mess. be better off either turning that meat into salisbury steak w/ gravy or mix it into a sauce on top of pasta for an upgrade. sloppy joe if it just has to be on a bun.
