Cover should just simply not get away with it, end of the argument. There's a problem somewhere in that hiring process and management, and we need to point it out, otherwise it'll get only worse as time goes on. People have been vocal about this issue even outside of this board, and just throwing it out of the question as an anti's opinion is stupid.
As long as this behavior in the company is kept active, then complaints will just multiply, and it's clearly justified (or at least for the most of them).
