This post is crap, and the whole thread is a shitshow that makes wonder how stupid people here can get, but on another note, I find Kiara's point great to talk and rant a bit about.
I'd say that she's not right, but not completely wrong either. It's mostly dependent on which point of view you take to look at her opinion. By a corporate kind of look, her rant is just another round of seething because things aren't going in the way she wants them to go, and that she already should be grateful to have as many opportunities as the ones she has while working in a company full of other talents to collaborate with, and ressources to use. On the other hand though, if you look at it from her perspective, it's a rant about how efforts aren't thanked by the company, considering that she often works her ass off for projects that end up only being considered by the management if popular members are involved.
At the end of the day, I can hardly say that any of the parties involved are truly at fault. Hololive is a Japanese company established in Japan, with a mainly Japanese audience. The only EN talents who get truly helped by the JP side are the ones involved in group projects with JP talents, like Ina and Gura with UMISEA, who kind of hit the jackpot by being with some of the biggest talents of the JP branch in it. Also, now that Myth has passed its prime, its members will forcingly get less opportunities, even if they'll clearly stay the main attraction of the EN branch for the JP management. If you haven't convinced the staff there enough in the past, you're now at the back of the waiting line, and you have to push for your projects yourself if you want them to remark you, and that has to suck for ambitious girls like Kiara.
Overall, complicated situation.
