Kana left tsunderia. Nacho is an agency whore so she ghosted kana as a result. Maybe tsunderia even put her up to it. If so, that coming to light would decimate their already low reputation.

The new rrat is that tsunderia and nacho agreed to unperson kana as revenge for her going independent. It was a conspiracy to sabotage her future growth or success. Tsunderia (the company) and Nacho unironically may very well have bullied an aspiring indie chuba. Now they're both on the /vt/ blacklist unless they can provide proof of acting with good intentions.

Because if kana was in the wrong, zero fucks would be given if her reputation was destroyed as a result. This is the gamble you make when putting people on blast. It's their ass or yours. So to hell with industry courtesy, this rrat demands all sides of the story before it can be revised. As of now we only have one perspective.

What would either of them gain by doing that? Besides, Kana said she was ghosted for a year and she's only been indie for 5 months. The timeline for the rrat doesn't even line up, let alone any motivation for Nacho to pass up consistent business. The only conceivable way that works is if she did one of Tsunderia's new models being revealed this week

not him but not being bothered by your amateur work when you finally make it and become an industry artist is pretty normal for artists. People that keep up their pixiv or twitter and still do indie work are an extremely rare exception.
nacho not wanting anything to do with kana after landing the hololive contract is normal.

still working with other agency vtubers on the side and ignoring the indie, not taking any indie commissions,... is also pretty normal for the industry.
There's no easy way to say "i dont want to work with you anymore".
Not an excuse, just an 'insider' perspective.
