There is a line I'm not sure where I draw where heeled sandals can turn from cute and sexy to trashy. I think it's linked to the overall clothes? If the girl looks like a prostitute trying to pick up clients, I'd be kinda turned off, notably because the sandals will be removed quickly and are only a means to show as much skin as possible. What I really like about sandals is them being normal clothes girls (and I guess guys) can wear to show more of their body than usual and display a bit of vulnerability
