It's where "bussin" and "frfr' come from, but the really deep version of it basically makes all their english unintelligible even when they're using zero slang. You can find a ton of videos of it on YouTube. Basically we have a generation that grew up with the internet for their entire life who develop their language in a bubble of social media and video games.
It's not the only one either since there're different bubbles but it's the most common one. They call it the Valorant accent but a lot of kids use it even if they've never played the game.
