That these are all unspoken is necessitated by the fact that it's just not practical to type and play at the same time, so all of this strict coordination necessary needs to just be memorized and performed on demand from minimal cues. Hence also why the genre tends to produce so much frustration from players when allies don't cooperate or do their part and the limitations of ingame communication become very present.
