only this already kills any talks about balancing and brings in so many problems, it makes game way too punishing and way too easy at the same time
you can play any stage you want but they aren't scaled in any way
so you can play the stage when you have nothing and suck a huge cock OR you can play it when you have everything and just run with closed eyes
the last normal boss she got was a complete joke, he did like 1/10 of her hp as damage and died in in 5 hits
first boss she killed dealt like 1/3 of her hp as damage and she had no heal and she needed to hit him like 20 times with a basic attack
it's an objectively bad design decisions
game just deeply flawed from the start
i see why they did it and what they wanted to achieve with it, but it was just a bad idea at the core
