Cover has a thing for hiring Asians for anything holoEN, I assume because management is also full of asians and for some weird reason asians tend to stick to each other at all times. If you wanna audition for hololiveEN or even holostarsEN (which is full of asian twinks) then you should think twice if you're not asian. They don't seem to wanna hire whites for whatever reason, so not being asian means you're already at a severe disadvantage.
