The thing which Cover does is not good management in the least, what they do is get out of the way of talents wanting to produce content and projects out of their own pockets like Suisei or Marine regularly does. Cover's own expensive initatives in comparison are often badly thought out and half-assed, see ReGLOSS or the constant pushing of failed homo units or holoearth, but the damage seems mininmal because the Hololive brand remains strong overall.
