The reason they vtube has more to do with their comfort level in showing that off, fear of doxxing / practicing opsec, and laziness at not wanting to doll themselves up all pretty every damn stream so the coomers can enjoy ethot tiddies and perfect makeup. Based on people who have already been revealed, either by self means or otherwise, I would guestimate about 90% of them are 7s or higher with only a scant few being real dogs so far as I've seen.
