Assuming she actually fucked fans and didn't just take their money? It's weird but I don't know if it makes her a bad person.
It sucks the most for vtubers and their fans though who have no real intention of fucking their fans or the vtuber and especially those who reside in that ambiguous place where they'll accept and even reciprocate affections but won't do anything physical with them. In that respect, she is a bad person, because she'll be the first to do something to get caught for something like this in the English language vtuber space and more than anything she stands to ruin that part of vtubing for the rest of us, possibly more than the insane stalker fans out there or vtubers that try to cuck their fans.
Also I guess it really sucks for her fans that paid her some money but didn't want to shell out a ton of money and had no idea what they were missing out on. It would be unironically disgusting to look at a dono list and know that being in the top spot gets you not just special attention but laid.
And I guess yes I would defend her since I'm sort of doing that now.
