I bet they want to use her as bridge for EOPs to their 3D concerts and stuff since waiting for En to learn to sing and dance + flying them to Japan and pay for their accommodations, etc. will be time consuming and expensive... Maybe they'll pair her up with Calli since they both live in Japan and do concerts for EOPs.
