i simply stuck with her since she was a 1view, respected boundaries, i showed her i know the shit im talking about. Went from chat mod to then discord mod. At some point when she started gaining traction she was wondering if she should get a manager, and since i've been giving her advice and tips even before i applied, i decided to give it a shot and that was it.
However as for the extra duties it varies depending on what she wants to do and what she has time to do. What she cant do, I try to do it in her stead. Overall is the thumbsnail, stream title, setting up collabs, there was a time i was researching about merch so monetization methods outside stream was also something among it.
The only thing i do not do is managing her socials. And honestly, i dont really feel like it. Too much of a hassle.
