>Last chanceKiara - Wanted to be an idol, had very minor success as one but couldn't make it. Hololive gives her that oppertunity as she reaches hagdom. Her stream style and general discussion aren't for everyone, but she does what she thinks her fans want most of the time.
FuwaMoco - Wanted to be idols. Had a little more success than Kiara, but things fizzled out. Appreciative their fans help fund their personal projects and that they get to be semi-idols again.
Mori - Middling music and minor connections prior to Holo. Started out feeling like she could do whatever she wanted, but realized that the fans were her everything and toned it down. The real wakeup moment being when a ton of people in her circle/fangroups critisized her for the condom money fiasco.
>Career AdvancementBae - Oppertunity to dance (and sing) on a larger stage. Able to roll that into future experience, getting the experience of dealing with newer tech that may be used in the future is valuable. Appreciative of what she has, but this is a stepping stone to the far off future.
Kronii - Voice acting practice along with connections into the world she wants to get into.
Ina - Not as heavy as others, but it opens more doors to future art contracts with corporations, which is how you 'make it' as an artist now-a-days.
Nerissa - Voice acting and singing on a larger stage. Gives her connections to further her career post Holo.
>More moneyThe rest are all just here for more money. It doesn' mean that they don't apperciate their fans because of it, but more that they aren't 'beholden' to them like the above are. All of these either have history as vtubers or have no real asperations to 'make it'
