She's not really candid about it at all, unlike some of the other girls who'll straight up say they had to cancel a stream because their mensural cramps hurt them too badly for example. She rarely takes breaks so we can't use that to guess
She basically never talks never talks about her bodily functions every, beside occasionally mention her hands getting sweaty
The best we have is assuming that some of the bathroom breaks she takes during streams might be her changing her tampon/pad
