There's video evidence of her taking pills in exchange for donations, and there's video evidence of her arranging meetups to have sex for money. Those alone are grounds for firing her. Even if there was no NDAs at all, there's literally nothing she could say to counter the evidence that she herself has provided. Like, assuming there IS an NDA, the only thing it's stopping her from doing is making an even bigger fool of herself.

NDA doesn't apply to libel, defamation, and slander and such statements are considered breaking NDA. If the corpo is making such statements about the talent then the talent could successfully sue the corpo for tortious interfere and would be pretty much guaranteed win. If the talent doesn't take it to court either they're too lazy, don't actually care about their reputation, or the statements are true.
