The only way to measure the IQ of a group is to have them do an IQ test and have them discuss the questions.
It'll be on average around the IQ of the highest member, if everyone is average.
If everyone is above average, then the IQ would be slightly higher than the highest in the group.
And if everyone is below average, then the IQ of the group would be lower than the highest member.
