I prefer blobbing in almost ugliest possible manner so I usually play easymode stuff like Russians, Mughals, French, Turks or even Manchu/Oirat. That said, I played almost every nation that can dominate its own region without needing a billion allies. New Persia is pretty fun, I like new paradox mission trees in all their absurdity and how broken they are. New Byzantine missions are great too, now includes genocide and burning Venice to the ground.
