It doesn't mean people are all larping though, gachis don't like or want male collabs either, neither do most normie hololive viewers even if they are not vocalising it on imageboards. The difference is they are just not going to jettison their oshi the first time things don't go their way.
The unicorn strawman is the easiest way for the sisters to shit on all parasocial viewers and is also one of the easiest ways to be a shitposting anti for other girls.
