Statistically speaking, all of the girls will find a partner, wether he is someone decent or not, it's more complicated. There is however a chance that a couple of them won't find someone for whatever reason (Didn't meet the right person, she was too picky, didn't put enough effort into dating...)

Most of the girls are probably in a relationship. Those who aren't are bound to find someone soon, maybe before/after graduating. Although vtubing is still new, I find it hard to believe that most talents will spend the rest of their lives working as chuubas

I'm getting a vacation but there are girls who are happy, and there are girls who are posting on their RM upset at being single, some even having meltdowns over it. Not just hololive either.

Here's how you spot the woman with a relationship. If she's happy she's got a bf, if she's single she's miserable and trying to distract herself with buying pets, spending on other stupid shit, host clubs, etc.
Others are just straight up fucked. Yes they can meet a bunch of guys, but most guys at hololive will be normies with normie wages while these women can be literal millionares.
