You're the one being too autistic to realize the difference between pure fiction and playing off irl things as "haha funny demon stuff is happening" to maintain your character. If you're actually listening to what Vox said on stream, it is incredibly clear if you're not a complete autist that, for one example, the puking was real. He didn't plan it, he pushed himself too far, he actually puked from working out and then tried to play it off as demon shit. It's like that trying to be cute thing vtubers do when they describe an irl event as something to do with their character. "Haha guys I've solved all the mysteries in this town, time to move to another town to solve the mysteries there next!" (Mysta- though that was obviously forced silliness when he said it, but most vtubers do things like this).
