even outside of JP look at something outside of CCV. Keep in mind that yagoo who has the top CCV per talent in Jp and en, has said that he doesn't really care about CCV or see it as a way of measuring success.
NijiEn has had two massive collabs with massive Japanese brands in the past few months alone. They get invited to cons where they're seen as the headliners and sometimes multiple conventions in a single year, they participate in one of the biggest events in vtubing in Japan, they get multiple sponsorships from things like gacha companies where they're invited to sing the opening themes of, are made into custom characters you're able to roll for, they get invited to participate in EA sponsored events.
Phase is definitely getting up there in brand recognition but until I start seeing phase girls getting 2-3 outfits a year and even some of them getting to perform at concerts in 3d, I'd still say Niji is beating them and it's not even close. I prefer pc to Niji but pc has a long way to go before they really even rival Niji
