The difference between HoloEN and NijiEN management is that at worst HoloEN management is just terribly incompetent. NijiEN management seems malicious.
That combined with the fact that because of Nijisanji Pomu could stop wage slaving at least a little bit and was able to buy a house makes me think that it's why she doesn't rock the boat. That, and she likes her fans.

And I want to say Pomu did this but am not 100% sure, but she wasn't the only girl saying shit like, "oh Luca's just so sweet and innocent like a little brother." Everyone but Selen and Finana was saying shit like that. Hell, Rosemi fucking begged the guy to join her in some celebration stream she had and started saying POG often, Enna did the Ring Fit stream with him and the whole onee-chan thing.
