>>64125877Cover is pretty much lying, or bending the truth while 'technically' being correct, on multiple occasions knowing they can get away with it.
The only 'confidental information' that was leaked was a conversation with her manager that told her not to do anything. That information is only classified as confidental because that is what Cover treats any conversation between talent and managers as, regardless of the content of the conversation, it may as well been a message about the weather.
The NDA breach is about her identity. Rushia is Mikeneko is to be kept a secret, she is not allowed to tell people that she is Rushia. The warning she had gotten was not to contact korekore as Rushia because Cover considered it damaging to the brand Rushia / Hololive. By contacting korekore as Mikeneko and fowarding evidence, such as pictures of her apartment, to resolve a Rushia situation she had breached her NDA and it was streamed to thousands.
You are also falsely interpreting Cover's statement, she hadn't 'leaked' false information. Cover claimed she had spread false information, that is them defusing her claim in an earlier conversation with korekore that she was experiencing harassment at work to the degree of considering suicide, that itself is not a leak or breach of contract. How you feel or how you are treated is not something that can be forbidden from being talked about. Korekore even stated that he couldn't help her with that cause she was not willing to share actual information that he could use because such information would have actually breached her contract. (So no, the rrats about Rushia doxxing her coworkers or granting korekore access to her discord account are completely made up.) If they are to fire her, they might as well make use of her termination to clear their own name from that accusation. Anyone with half a functioning brain knows that a company isn't all happy family and for someone to take the actions she had taken, regardless of their mental illnesses, had to be experiencing some sort of harassment to consider such drastic actions.

>>64126111Cover didn't refute anything of her statement, they had approved of it before the publication. Their statement after hers was only in response to the comments of people pointing out that Cover was lying about what actions had caused what in the drama. The focus of the entire drama from start to the end was Rushia and mfmf, nearly nothing else mattered or was covered at large to have the impact Cover claimed 'Rushia's 'leak' caused reputational damages in multiple aspects'. The Rushia and mfmf drama caused these, not the leaked message of conversation with her manager, but Cover can technically say that it did so they weren't 'lying' in their statement.
>>64126184By the order of Cover itself. Any Holo that was contacted by Narukami was told to forward any communications to Cover and keep him on a line so they could use that in their lawsuit against him. Mikeneko's response towards Narukami's threats to reveal their conversations was literally 'who do you think ordered those? go ahead and lose another lawsuit'.
