--- choose not to watch X kind of streams, and follow any of your top kind of content.
5: Don't overdo it. Watch your Oshi's streams and some satellite member clips.
--- be willing to watch clips and the occasional stream from other co's and indies.
Do this and you will keep Vtubing in the same headspace as the wise anime-fans keep their anime habit. No parasocial or hyper-sexuality, all appreciation of the aesthetic.
