I suspect what it is is that Rin is/was a runaway success due to her Youtube short and clickbait/algo bait shit propelling her into peoples' view very quickly and putting them on the map - also from the other questions in the voting, this shit was clearly like a year out of date since it was asking about Salome still and she's been a has-been for a long ass time now. So if when whoever made this was making the questions had also observed this Rin girl blowing up on YT shorts at the same time (which would be a similar time frame to Salome's rise too I think..?) that would explain it, a casual who doesn't actually know or observe a lot about vtubers wrote the thing up which is 0 surprise at all.
