If they didn't have a healthy lifestyle before vtubing, then they certainly won't have a better one afterwards.
Kaela's been going strong for almost two years now and has not been sick once, and while it's easy to argue that's because of her genetic mutation, the largest factor is she has a very healthy lifestyle. She eats well, exercises regularly, and routinely does heath checkups. Most of these girls don't even do one of those things.

im not a vtuber, but i have a similar lifestyle as her. are we already forgetting the stereotypical gamer that lives in the basement surrounded by junk food and mountain dew? thats me, i sit on my place playing video games and i feel like shit half the time. these girls do it but they get paid instead, and also have to entertain thousands of people for hours, they're situation is probably worse since they HAVE to do it because at the end of the day its still work.

Winter streaming didn't use to be a problem with HoloEN that did plenty of solo streams and group collabs in 2020 and 2021. After Sana's "graduation" the contract renewals seemed to get more heated with talents having radio silent "health" breaks or disappearing for months with only vague explanations. Ame recently announced a hiatus for a few months so they even they expect the contract fight to drag on for months and they are trying to settle all the major issues they have with Cover.
