The other benefit is that hiring someone who worked in a corpo means you’re hiring someone who has experience working with corpo management. Now, I have no idea how that applies to Kana, who’s menhera as shit, but maybe fishman thinks letting her hang out with her friends again and being less of an incompetent dipshit than Kana’s old boss will do the trick.
