The problem, of course, is that there's different levels to unicorns, including a level to which making a joke at a guy or laughing at a guy's jokes is tantamount to having sex while chat is forced to watch. This strict definition of unicorn is what people here mostly seem to have in mind, and if that's the definition you want to use, then yeah, she probably isn't for you. But her line in the sand is that no matter what, even if she does talk with a guy, she's not for that guy, she's for her audience, and no one else.

She's not using the biblical sense of know, she's just saying she's aware of their existence. She's saying that it's not that she loves her audience because she has no other options, it's that she is aware of other options but will never be interested in them and will always pick her chat instead. And if that's still over your personal line, that's perfectly reasonable, everyone's line is different places.
The dumb thing though is the people that immediately jump to some sort of NTR scenario where "knows a variety of guys but loves you" is read as "has an orgy with dozens of guys while you're tied to the cuck chair being fed scraps of affection". And if that were just comedic hyperbole, that would be one thing, but an awful lot of people seem to be just making up new sentences to get genuinely mad at.
