She came into hololive as a last resort and has the giant unearned chip on her shoulder that she was some pioneer of the hobby
Here's the facts, Shiori's career is not unlike DSP/Wings, she was there super early in the beginning but after that, way more talented and entertaining people flooded into the hobby who had more to their name than just being there early.
Now, that said, I think Shiori can adapt and evolve, but only if she accepts that who she was before had failed and that she needs to break her ego down with a hammer and evolve her content based on the proven success inside hololive.
