She's also very sweet. Her parents have retired and she wants to support them (Which is not uncommon with the ID gens) . Hololive is something she enjoys tremendously so it's like a dream come true for her.

Yes her voice is great, and many people have noticed it from the karaoke if you notice her singing was improving. Don't forget she's not that pro, that's why she took the class.

Probably because PekoMoona. Pre-debut people liked her design, then she sang a Spongebob song, then people started disliking her when she covered up her design, with a few fans always posting about her singing in the /jp/ thread, there was also the Coco collab in SuperBunnyMan that some thought was bad but all is forgiven with PekoMoona. Usaken LOVE!
