You can just go on indefinite hiatus and participate on some events / collabs, do some sponsored streams and you're good

There's nothing vague about it
If you're in hololive you can just go on long breaks or hiatus amd people will still buy your merch, pay for membership, etc
Its a new form of graduation that doesn't involve leaving the company
