Marine, Noel, and Kanata are all characters, and to an extent real people, that we've come to know. We've learned their interests, worries, anxieties, and have generally bonded with them. They are valued by their personalities, and the variety of content they provide. This bath stream is another glimpse and a novel one at that of these characters we've come to enjoy.
A twitch thot has not built any personality or shown any kind of development. We have not spent time together and laughing or crying together. A twitch thot is a single dimension, which is something to look at and maybe jerk over. The content quality is no better, probably worse than what could be found on a booru. There is nothing to appreciate in seeing them because you don't appreciate them in the first place.
