You can get your panties in a bunch about what is and isn't art all you want. But Twitch was trying to define art in their TOS. They made a big deal about how they wanted everything to be clear since there was a lack of understanding and transparency. That was the whole spiel and it's mentioned in several different places. It's all there. Black and white. Specifically what was allowed and what was not and the buck stops there. Your opinion is meaningless.
Regardless, most of the bans you see right now is their automated system where if a certain number of viewers use the 'report stream' button, it auto-bans. No one actually knows what the fuck is going.
