Imagine if you went back to the 80s and told people there were too many damn bedroom programmers making video games. You'd never get devs like Rareware or id Software without the initial explosion of independent programmers just making games for fun.
The market will sort itself out and from the large number of vtubers, true greats will emerge. There is no need to suppress this industry's growth, especially when it hasn't even been around for 10 years.
