Pomu doesn't have to be in 3d to be part of the concert. Hololive has done in multiple times, a member without 3d performing in a 3d concert. Kiara just doesn't want Pomu in her concert.

Every right to shit on them. How long as Pomu had 3D for now? Can't even fix the rigging. She can't do home 3D like Elira and Finana, and can't do anything 3D related that she may want. If they don't want to be called out don't take a year plus to fix a model.

Its dumber because she technically had another 3D model made by a fan very early on for her 2021 membership streams IIRC, and that fanmade model probably had nowhere near the amount of issues Anycolor's "official" 3D model has.

That's a bit of an exaggeration. It definitely had some issues, but it was still fine as an initial release.
Unfortunately though, Niji upper management threw a temper tantrum and she got in trouble for using it, despite originally getting approval for it.
