If you exclude Alters, it's Saber (OG), Lancer (If she took up Rhongomyniad), Assassin (ServantVerse as MHX), Caster (FAIRIES), Archer (OG Summer Ver), Ruler (Lancer Summer Ver), Foreigner (MHX Summer Version technically the Lancer Artoria of the ServantVerse), Berserker (Caster Summer Ver) and also, of course, Arthur Pendragon.
If you add up all the alters you get two riders to round out all the main classes.
